Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Monday attended the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ virtual conference on promoting the implementation of economic diplomacy serving socio-economic development in the last half of 2023.
Viet Nam has so far invested over US$2.93 billion in Cambodia, becoming the top ASEAN investor and one of the five biggest foreign investors in the country.
